Duration: 12+ Months Contract
•Act as the primary point of contact for end-user’s technical inquiries related to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
•Provide timely and effective technical support to troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered by users.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve complex technical problems.
•Assist in the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 modules based on business requirements.
•Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and user guides.
•Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of Dynamics 365 functionalities.
•Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues, taking necessary actions to prevent interruptions.
•Stay up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and releases of Dynamics 365 and evaluate their potential impact on our organization.
•Participate in the testing and deployment of new features and updates in the Dynamics 365 environment.
•Collaborate with vendors and Microsoft support, if required, to escalate and resolve critical system issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Support Specialist or in a similar support role.
